The Kit & Kilo Brew Pack has been designed for exactly that, K&K brewers. Giving you a 75% LDME/25% DEXTROSE ratio, it offers you the ability to customise your brews. With that in mind, an unwritten rule to making good/better Kit based brews is a 75/25 split between LDME & DEXTROSE. LDME to add malt flavour along with aiding ‘mouthfeel’ & head retention, with dextrose to up the ABV% (If desired) without thinning or drying out the beer too much. This was a favourite of mine back in the day when I was a Kit based brewer making Aussie Pale Ales, English Bitters, Mexican Cervezas etc. So, if you’re just starting out your brewing journey with K&K & or it’s your long time go to technique then this kit could be for you.
