Full of vibrant berry flavours and an earthy complexity, Mosaic hops have quickly become a darling of the craft beer world. The Mosaic hop is the daughter of the bittering hop Simcoe with a wonderful berry fruitfulness that is complemented by a contrasting earthy, piney taste. With a high AA (11.5 – 13.5%) the Mosaic hop is fantastic and predominately found in American pale ales and IPAs. Mosaic calls the United States home and was developed by Hop Breeding Co and released in 2012. Full of citrusy, floral and piney flavours, the hop has achieved immense popularity.
