Could be you want a kilo of hops not in store. Maybe a 100gm-500gm pack of yeast? Hop extracts, eg Hopzoil, Salvo etc. Fruit pureers, flavours & concentrates. Biofine, Clarex, Lo Carb Enzymes. Dried & Liquid Extracts, eg DDME, Bavarian Wheat DME, Liquid Briess Canisters: Pale Ale, Munich, Sparkling Amber, Sorghum (Gluten Free). 5ltr concentrates of Apple Cider or Ginger Beer.
